Under the Truth in Sentencing Laws passed in 1996, anyone Convicted of Kidnapping must Register as a Sex Offender @ 5 years Probation.

The only way around not having to registering is if the Victim signs an Order of Clarification. Since they took her life not going to happen. Also, on top of having

to Register as a Sex Offender both will have to do 5 years Probation. First 90 days out must wear a leg monitor also. Again, "if" they get out.

Hopefully they never get out.
