At the minimum this is clearly manslaughter, I pray for the woman in this video she may never be the same again. Why ppl think it's ok to touch let alone physically harm other ppl is a sign maybe humans aren't ready for the big show. We're so close but we could do much better.
*Attempted Murder would be the correct charge.
