We grew up in a Mill House. Dirt poor. Our African American friends
would give us food so we could eat. Mom and Dad worked in a Mill.
Talk about slave labor and dirt poor. Some people have
no idea what poor white folks went through.
Try Love and help one another like we always have.
African Americans would help our family to
eat when Dad and Mom had no
more money to feed us.
