William McNeil planned on getting stopped. He never
once had to adjust the camera !!
He intended for this to happen.
The Police officer walks into view perfectly. Like he put
his face and the cell phone at the exact right angel to show
his butt. Hoax .... Planned ....
20 second clips have done so much damage to this country.
After Jessie Smolett incident I've always waited until the facts are put in place
before I take sides blindly.
He was also driving on a suspended driver's license, which is why I think he reacted the way he did. He knew he was going to jail for the weed and no license. He wanted to get pulled over.
And now he has a GoFUNDMe account. Go figure. Never saw that coming.
He didn't start recording until he got back in his car. Even pausing then..
