This is a perfect example of backup not always being there
on time. The civilian did an awesome job helping that officer.

One Police Officer most times will need help if he or she
doesn't have back-up. With someone Resisting Arrest.
The world needs to see more of things like this. Great job to
both men.
How calm this was compared to what could have happened.
This is the kind of training we need to be teaching police.
