Matthew Flugence, 20, was questioned  before he was taken into custody,  He was apprehended without incident and was carrying a knife at the time of his arrest, police said.
Ahlittia North disappeared late Friday night or early Saturday morning. Her body was found just feet from the Harvey apartment where she lived with “very aggressive” stab wounds to the neck.
