Matthew Flugence, 20, was questioned before he was taken into custody in the death of Ahlittia North. A Louisiana man was arrested Wednesday in the death of a 6-year-old girl whose body was found stuffed in a trash can with multiple stab wounds, police said.
Matthew Flugence, 20, was questioned before he was taken into custody, He was apprehended without incident and was carrying a knife at the time of his arrest, police said.
Ahlittia North disappeared late Friday night or early Saturday morning. Her body was found just feet from the Harvey apartment where she lived with “very aggressive” stab wounds to the neck.
