Young Thugs and the culture will never change they will just keep killing each other over nothing. Chief called it out correctly and the parents to these minors need to be held accountable.
They totally need to start prosecuting the parents for not policing their out of control kids, countrywide.
Myrtle Beach used to be the place to go for the summer. It's the same people, the same culture, the same disrespectful people. This starts at home.
