Ahmaud Arbery. It comes down to this. These two men made a really bad decision that got a man killed. Now they have to answer for that mistake. Period.

They should have called the Police period. You can't do that .. As any Good Police Officer
will tell you, "Never try to make a Citizens Arrest." .. Let the Police handle it.

(  if you have no I witness to an actual burglary you have no case or crime.
   neither of these 2 saw him burglarize anything. not an eyewitness to
   any crime. they made a huge mistake. what was they thinking I have no
   idea. any good police officer, former, retired or current would tell you
   Never try to make a, "citizens arrest." …  which is allowed, however
   look at these 2. call the police if you eye witnessed a felony crime.
   never ever try to arrest someone yourself if at all possible. if they are
   in your home that is entirely different. let the police do there job. first
   for a citizens arrest it has to be a felony. burglary is a felony only if you
   or in this case witnessed the actual burglary. they did not. a neighbor
   reported it to them. have that neighbor call the police.  )

Unless your life is in danger or someone else's. Do not attempt a Citizens Arrest.
Call the Police. Let them handle it.
