2 'Dangerous' inmates escape Hampton County jail.. In Jail for Murder ..

HAMPTON COUNTY, SC —

The search is on for two inmates who escaped a South Carolina detention center and are described as dangerous.

The Hampton County Sheriff's Office posted an alert on Facebook about midnight Friday that Craig Housey (L) and James Williams (R) escaped the Hampton County Detention Center.

"The two inmates are considered dangerous," the post said. "If you see them or have any information please dial 9-1-1 immediately."

Both men were in jail for attempted murder, authorities said.
