When will Timothy Da'shaun Taylor be Charged again ?? Federal Court. US Supreme Court ruled Taylor can be charged.

( Timothy Da'shaun Taylor has already been charged in Federal court for the 2011 armed robbery. And he already took a Plea Deal that was presented to and accepted by the court. What have been delayed is the sentencing. According to the plea deal he could get from 10 to 20 years at the court's discretion. The accomplice that shot the manager, was sentenced to 25 years, the other accomplice was sentenced to 10 months, plus 2 years probation. ) 



Timothy Da'Shaun Taylor was the "Mastermind" behind the Robbery. But only got

Probation. The other 2 got years - 20 plus years in Prison.
