GEORGETOWN, Texas — A Texas man who was wrongfully imprisoned for nearly 25 years for his wife's murder told a judge Monday that neither he nor his legal team knew the Prosecutor had Evidence that showed he was innocent. The Prosecutor, Turned Judge, Kenneth " Ken " Anderson withheld evidence that showed Morton was innocent.
Michael Morton testified about what his son knew during the first day of a special court proceeding that will determine whether the ex-district attorney – now a judge – who prosecuted the murder case could face criminal charges for hiding evidence.
The rarely used Court of Inquiry. The special court is used when officials and public servants are accused of wrongdoing. The process is similar to a grand jury proceeding but people can defend themselves against the evidence presented.

Prosecutor's All To Often Will Prosecute Someone With No
Prior Criminal History To The Full Extent Of The Law. All Because
They Are Trying To Make A Name For Themselves. And The Suspect

Is White. Trying To Become A Judge or Get On With A High Paying

Law Firm, ect.  ....

However, These Same Prosecutors, Will Let Repeat Offender's,

Drug Dealer's, Harden Criminals - Off With A Simple Slap On The

Wrist ??  And / Or Dismiss Charges All Together. This Happens Often

There Is NO Justice. Just People, Prosecutors, Playing Games With
People's Lives. All To Often, Like Happened Above.

If  It's A White Person, Prosecutors See Career Making Chances.
Even Though, Again, The Person Has No Prior Criminal History ?

( not all prosecutors are like this. there are alot of great one's.

however it's the few that make them all look bad.  like ken anderson )
