Battersby is Charged with Two Counts of Indecent Exposure and is out of Jail on Bond.

According to the Arizona State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Battersby’s chiropractic license was Suspended in Ohio and Arizona sometime before October 2008. The Grounds for Discipline was Battersby's Plea of No Contest for Public Indecency in Ohio.

Hearing in Security Guard Shooting Case gets Heated

A hearing in the case of an Upstate security guard charged with manslaughter got heated Friday morning.

I'm going to change my stance from yesterday, from blaming Johnson, to waiting for more facts. If it is true that the passenger grabbed the wheel, while India was driving, to make the vehicle go towards the guard and crowd (and the guard knew the passenger had a gun who had earlier vocalized threats of shooting others), then I think Johnson was trying to shoot the passenger more than he was the driver since he knew the guy had a gun. But still, since the driver was assisting a gunman towards a crowd of people, instead of leaving the club, then I can understand why this occurred.
It's also stands to reason the Truck was Not Leaving and Defusing the Situation. But rather getting Ready to do a Drive By. If they were Driving Towards the Crowd this Guard has the Right to Protect those People, even if it's by shooting them in the back.

The Guard Joey Johnson Actually Saved Lives

The passenger, Willis Donald, should be charged with Murder / Attempted Murder. For he is the Root Cause of this Entire Incident. Fighting, ran to get his gun, steered the truck towards the crowd to shoot at them.

JEREMY AND CHRISTINE MOODY - Cold Blooded Murder's / Female Suspect Cut Victims Throat

A man accused in a double-homicide is a member of a violent, racist skinhead gang, and his wife is competing for credit for the killings.

More charges have been filed against a couple accused of killing a Union County couple.

Jeremy Moody, 30, and his wife, Christine Moody, 36, were arrested early Wednesday and charged with murder in the deaths of Charles "Butch" Parker, 59, and his wife, Gretchen Parker, 51.

On Monday, 2 charges of kidnapping, 2 charges of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and burglary were filed against the couple.

Bond was Denied on the new charges during the bond hearings.

Taylor said the Moodys killed Butch Parker because he was a registered sex offender, and they intended to kill another sex offender on Wednesday.

The Moodys were Booked Early Last Wednesday and are Each Charged with 2 Counts of Murder.

Taylor was also expected to announce on Thursday if surveillance video taken by a security camera set up at the Parkers' home that shows the crime unfolding can be released to the media.

During a news conference on Wednesday, Taylor said Moody told investigators, "This isn't the first time something like this has happened." Taylor said Moody implied he has killed before.

"We’re trying to verify that or disprove that at this time. Right now we don’t know we’re checking into what he has told us to see,"
