So they already dropped the restitution from $20,000 down to $4,000 and he doesn't even want to pay that after traumatizing this poor woman for no reason?!? Shame on him. Shame on the justice system going so easy on these criminals!!
Tinted windows, no license plate, firing a gun indiscriminately in traffic, drugs on him, wearing a ski mask. Yes judge let him out with a slap on the wrist. Unreal
