He's lying. Year after year, the TRACER report shows most come from downstate Illinois not other states. He's acting like he's speaking on behalf of the residents. He's speaking for himself and his handlers. Most people in Chicago think he's a horrible Mayor and if there were recalls in Chicago, he would have gotten recalled.
Look I am no expert. I don't understand how things work but all the crime and killings are not a good thing. I mean it's not a safe city, instead of sitting there so something. At this point send in the troops and see if they can get things under control. The mayor clearly isn't doing anything. It's clear he doesn't want change and the people need help.
People in Chicago want the Military to come.
