Daniel Penny is not a criminal. He was acting in self-defense
to restrain a violent individual who proclaimed that he was
about to to commit harm in a New York City subway car.
Mr. Penny is a Hero.
Funny how nobody mentions the other black man assisting Penny.
He saved lives, but you charge him because he's white. WTH
