Can't believe the idiots in the comments saying this wasn't
attempted murder because the gun couldn't kill her directly.
He was obviously trying to make her panic and crash, and at
the very least risked doing so. With a prior record and the fact
he removed the plates to avoid getting caught while doing this...
he should be in prison for at least 10 years and restitution
should have been 200k.
Criminals are now a protected class. Unreal.
So they already dropped the restitution from $20,000 down
to $4,000 and he doesn't even want to pay that after traumatizing
this poor woman for no reason?!? Shame on him. Shame on the
justice system going so easy on these criminals!!
