Judge Dennis would not let Nancy Livesay tell it like she did in the Tammy
Moorer Trial. He kept stopping her and screwing with her during the Whole
Trial. ( Sidney Moorer Kidnapping Trial )
Dennis was for the Defense by far. Sidney Moorer got a hung Trial
because of this Judge.

2 years ago Judge Dennis did just this.  

The Jury had just gotten charged with Sidney Moorer's fate.

It was a Hung Jury ...  Gee wonder why ! 


Judge Dennis repeatedly attacked the Prosecution. Nancy Livesay. 

Even saying, " You want to dance with me." On a legal matter. 

Then to top it off, Mr. Hand Shaker himself, Stops Ms. Livesay 

several times during her closing arguments !!??   

Never once stopping the defense. 


Now the defendants own Mother has said, as stated before, 

Judge Dennis is related to the Moorer's. The Defendant ...
