FILE A 'FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT.' HOWEVER, POLICE
OFFICERS' AND DETECTIVES' PUT THE MEAT OF THE CASE ON
STATEMENTS THE PRESS CANNOT HAVE. AS IT'S AN ONGOING
INVESTIGATION AND TO GET A CONVICTION.
