  Nate Summerfield , Punk Thug, Charged with Stabbing and Strangling 33-year-old Lynn Jackenheimer while the two were on Vacation in Nags Head, NC over the Fourth of July in 2012. Had her 2 children with them. This Thug has a Violent past. Liked to hit women only. Coward ..

 First District Attorney of North Carolina Frank Darrish said it is Not a Capital Case because Summerfield was Indicted on 1 st. Murder. (?) But that Only Aggravated Murder Charges are eligible for the Death Penalty in North Carolina. 

  WHY WASN'T HE CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED MURDER ?  JUST 

ANOTHER PROSECUTOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB.  

 Thug Nathan Summerfield Faces a Maximum Sentence of Life in Prison

After Jackenheimer's Murder, Summerfield went back to Ohio, and dropped off their then-3-year-old son and her 13 yoa daughter with his own brother. He then told his brother he had strangled Lynn. Brother called 911. The Thug Nate Summerfield ran. 

 July 14, a Construction Worker found Lynns' remains in Frisco, North Carolina.

After five weeks on the run, Summerfield was arrested at a hotel in Wadsworth. Aug. 15.  2012.
