They won't prosecute those who steal less then $1,000 but
will throw the book at the shop keepers for defending their
business. That alone should tell you they are against you.
No way I'd ever live in a democrat ran city or state.. never
mind owning a business there! They asking for it! 
I'm 57 years old, I grew up there, but moved away over
20 years ago. This is so heartbreaking.
