These disorganized young gang or crime family members tend to act out irrationally, regularly, and ruthlessly. They are lawless, reckless, unable to manage things, and are extremely immature. Worst of all, they are undisciplined. They pose a grave danger to everyone in the areas they run around in.
When consequences are not enforced for anyone regardless of race, economic status or alleged social circumstances, this type of crime will continue to be a problem. The lawlessness and DA Prosecutors who don't do their jobs have made things worst. There is no honor amongst thieves has been elevated when punishment is no longer taken seriously. Criminals of every type in a corrupt society will destroy this Nation.
