MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) - A person who says he witnessed the possible final moments of Brittanee Drexel's life told an FBI agent she was sexually assaulted multiple times, murdered and then disposed of, according to a court transcript acquired by ABC 15.
The transcript is from a detention hearing for Timothy Da'Shaun Taylor, who is federally charged in connection with a 2011 robbery at a McDonald's in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

Taylor was convicted in the robbery by the state, but has now been federally charged with two counts of interference with commerce by threat or violence, and one count of violent crime/drugs/machine gun, according to federal court documents.
During the hearing, U.S. Attorney Winston Holliday questioned FBI Agent Gerrick Munoz about the robbery. Agent Munoz told the court that Taylor was also the target of an ongoing investigation involving a case of kidnapping, human trafficking, and a murder in McClellanville, according to the transcript.

The transcript says Taylor had direct involvement in the case as actually being the person to "kidnap the individual." That individual is identified as Brittanee Drexel.
Munzo told the court that a witness reported to the FBI that they were an eyewitness to Drexel's sexual assault in a stash house in McClellanville.
The witness said that Drexel was assaulted by multiple men, according to the transcript.
The man told the agent he was at the house to talk with Taylor's father, Shaun Taylor, about a financial transaction.

While the man was talking with Shaun Taylor, he said Drexel ran out of the room and then was "pistol whipped" and brought back into the house, according to the transcript.
At that point, the witness said he heard two shots fired and "he is assuming at that point that the father had actually shot the daughter -- or shot Brittanee Drexel. And then Brittanee Drexel was then wrapped up and taken away from the house," according to the transcript.
A witness also said that Da'Shaun Taylor picked Drexel up from Myrtle Beach, brought her back to McClellanville, showed her off and introduced her to some friends.
The witness said Drexel ended up being in a human trafficking situation.
The attorney asked Munoz if he had been able to corroborate the version of events and he referenced a press conference that was held in April.
Munoz said "we have been getting, you know, tidbits of information from the community. But we also have other testimony that's coming in, secondhand information that is corroborating the story."
Drexel's body has not been found and, according to the transcript, "several witnesses have told [the FBI] that Miss Drexel's body was placed into a pit, or a gator pit, to have her body disposed of. Eaten by the gators."

Munoz told the court there may be between 30 and 40 places where Drexel could have been taken.
Munoz told the court that other than the one person who heard the gunshots, all the other information the FBI has is secondhand information, but they are working on some witnesses who have firsthand information.
All of this information came out, according to court paperwork, to show the court that Taylor was a threat to the community in the detention hearing.
Taylor's mother, the Rev. Joanne Taylor, said her son already served his time for the state charges in the McDonald's robbery, and that he is a great kid.
She told the court that her son was 16 year old at the time of Drexel's appearance.
Taylor's attorney, David Aylor, said if the federal government wants to charge his client in the Drexel case, that's fine, but he shouldn't have to be punished for something he's already done "simply because some jailhouse rat has come up with a story, because he has nothing else to live for, because he's in prison for violent crimes."
The judge did set bond for Taylor at $10,000 on the federal charges related to the 2011 robbery.
He is out of jail.
Chad Drexel, Brittanee Drexel's father, said in a Facebook post that he has "no doubt Timothy Da’Shaun Taylor played a significant role in the abduction and murder of my daughter. Of course the mother of Timothy Da'Shaun Taylor is going to defend her son – as a father I can understand a need to defend your children. What I DON’T understand is defending your children when you must KNOW the truth."
His full Facebook post reads:
I would like to set the record STRAIGHT with a STRONG REPLY to Joan Taylor's comments to the Post Courier in South Carolina this past Friday.
Based on evidence the FBI and the Myrtle Beach Police department has gathered, along with FACTS and SPECIFIC INFORMATION gathered from a team of Private Investigators that I HIRED to work with local law enforcement actively during the case (which will SOON COME TO LIGHT) – we have no doubt Timothy Da’Shaun Taylor played a significant role in the abduction and murder of my daughter.
Of course the mother of Timothy Da'Shaun Taylor is going to defend her son – as a father I can understand a need to defend your children. What I DON’T understand is defending your children when you must KNOW the truth. Her assumptions and words stated have been verified INCORRECT and couldn’t be farther from the TRUTH. We know Timothy Da'Shaun Taylor was witnessed by others (Witnesses NOT IN JAIL) with my daughter – we are just praying that they do the RIGHT thing and stop forward with what they know. Additionally he has been seen and followed to the EXACT area where my daughter's DNA was found. Joan Taylor claimed that the FBI and government are falsely accusing her son because of witnesses IN JAIL?! Well, we have other specific evidence, that I can NOT disclose at this time for the safety of my daughters case, which corroborates these testimonies!! Timothy Da'Shaun Taylor is KNOWN to be involved in dog fighting, bringing drugs to parties, and raping women (mostly Caucasian young women) he either picks up UNWILLINGLY or friends of friends that end up being drugged and taken there. This IS ONLY THE BEGINNING!! There is a TON more "EVIDENCE and HORRIBLE INFO" we would like the PUBLIC in that area be aware of for their safety, but we are unable to disclose at this time.
WITHOUT A DOUBT ..........Timothy Da'Shaun Taylor is a suspect in my daughter's Disappearance and Murder! My family and I will be following the FBI's requests to keep specific details in our daughter’s case under wrap until THIS HORRIBLE PIECE OF TRASH goes to Prison for Life. After the guilty verdict, we will be happy to dispel these fairy tales that are being spun by Timothy’s family. It is disgraceful the way this FAMILY and their FRIENDS are supporting and claiming innocence of a "PROVEN" FELON without even looking at the evidence presented and the FACTS surrounding the case.
Also adding this PIECE OF TRASH photo so everyone can see WHO HE IS!
Please keep our family and our Brittanee in your prayers!

// Double Murder // Myrtle Beach // 4 Suspects Arrested // One States, “I’m not guilty, so I’m not worried about it,” Stell said. “They aren’t going to find any of my DNA" // This Because They Burned The Car The Bodies Were In // Guess He Forgot His, "Right to remain silent" // Idiot ... //

Four men now face murder and drug charges related to the burned bodies found by Horry County police on Friday.
Horry County police charged Michael W. Faile, 37, with two counts of murder. David L. Cook, 44, faces two counts of murder, one count of arson and one count of possession of heroin. William D. Tatum, 37, faces two counts of murder, one count of arson, one count trafficking heroin and one count possession of scheduled drug. Zachary Stell, 31, is charged with two counts of murder and one count of arson.
There may be potentially more suspects on drug charges once more warrants come in, according to the agency.
Police found the victim inside a car on Friday around 7 a.m. along near Butler Road in the Socastee area.
The area where the vehicle was found is in a construction area where no residents are, Capt. John Harrelson previously said.
Faile has a lengthy criminal history, including pleading guilty to second-offense domestic violence in 2013. He was charged in 2012 with kidnapping, which was later dropped. Cook has several charges including possession of LSD, which he pleaded guilty to in 2014. Tatum pleaded guilty to unlawfully carrying a pistol in 1999.

The two unidentified victims were stabbed and burned in a car – possibly while still alive – before police found them early Friday morning, prosecutors say.
That was one of several new details of a Socastee-area homicide that was released as part of bond hearings for four men accused of murder.
Horry County police charged Michael W. Faile, 37, with two counts of murder. David L. Cook, 44, faces two counts of murder, one count of arson and one count of possession of heroin. William D. Tatum, 37, was charged with two counts of murder, one count of arson, one count trafficking heroin and one count possession of scheduled drug. Zachary Stell, 31, was charged with two counts of murder and one count of arson.
Police found the bodies of two victims in a burned vehicle on Friday morning at Butler Road and Highway 31 in the Socastee area.
The two victims were men but could not be identified by traditional techniques, such as fingerprints or tattoos, according to deputy coroner Michelle McSpadden.
The police investigation led to two names, according to McSpadden, though their identifies were not released as of Sunday evening.
According to an arrest warrant, Cook told police he was paid to burn and dispose of the victims and their car. Tatum also told police that Cook and Stell were hired to find a pound of heroin or fentanyl that were stolen from him.
Assistant Solicitor Josh Holford said the victims were stabbed and left in the car that was set ablaze.
Magistrate Bradley D. Mayers denied bond on the murder and arson charges for the four suspects. He noted that only a circuit court judge can set bond on charges such as murder, which carry a punishment of life in prison.
During the bond hearing at J. Reuben Long, Stell and Cook turned their back to media cameras to obscure their faces. Before the hearing, Cook became agitated when cameras were pointed at him as Tatum and Faile tried to block their faces.
Stell muttered that he wasn’t worried about having his picture taken.
“I’m not guilty, so I’m not worried about it,” Stell said. “They aren’t going to find any of my DNA.
