Claude D. Smith, Kristopher D. Butler Arrested For Providing Alcohol To Underage Kid's, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.

  Police Reported of a fight Saturday night and ended up arresting 5 five people for underage drinking and one for providing the alcohol. Claude Smith.

 Police said when they arrived at the home on Piedmont at about midnight they saw several people on the front porch and in the house drinking beer.  When the officers pulled up, several people ran into the house, and some tried to climb out windows to avoid the officers, but stopped when police told them to.

  The officers said there were beer cans strewn around and several of the people in the home were visibly intoxicated and were slurring when questioned and smelled of alcohol.

  Police Reports said Claude Dabney Smith, 21, (pictured above) who lives in the home, swore at officers and told them to get out of his house.  Officers said since all the other people in the house were under-age, Smith was arrested and charged with transfer of alcohol to minors.

  Dakota James Goldman, 17, who also lives in the home, and Robert Lee Settles, 18, and Alison Rae Hepler, 19, were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.  A 15-year-old who was also drinking was arrested and turned over to his father, police said.

 Police Reports aid 17-year-old Kristopher Dean Butler also appeared drunk, and when officers tried to handcuff and search him, he became belligerent and struggled with them while shouting expletives and racial slurs.  Officers said they searched Butler and found a baggie containing marijuana in his pocket.  Butler was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

UPDATE : SECOND VICTIM IN SHOOTING ALSO DIE'S ....
Terrell Antionio Brown, 23, has been charged in connection with a double shooting that occured yesterday. Brown lives at 100 Eastland Drive in Woodruff / Spartanburg, SC

The shooting claimed the life of Nahtyrien Shaquille Parks, a 20-year-old Woodruff man who was pronounced dead at 5:25 a.m. this morning at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Laquintion Leeshad Yeargin, a 22-year-old, also of Woodruff, was the other shooting victim. Parks and Yeargin were both shot in the Chest area.

Woodruff Police were the first to respond to the shooting. Spartanburg Sheriff's Office took over the Investigation later.

Several Witnesses told Officers that 2 Males had been Shot and then put in a car and driven away to the Hospital.

With K-9's involved. Police Captured the Suspect Brown in some woods off behind a store off Woodrow Rd.

This Dirt Bag is no stranger to Police. Police did there job. 
However,  Prosecutors Dismissed all Gun Charge's against this man back in 2010.  ( ?? )    SEE BELOW :

 Smith wanted in Crimes Including; Multiple Kidnapping's and Armed Robbery's was Shot to Death by Anderson Officer's on Sunday.

 Casey Nicholas Smith, 34, Charges of Kidnapping and Armed Robbery, in an Aug. 28, He threatened a taxi driver in Anderson with a Handgun, Robbed him of money and forced him to drive to Greenville County.

  Even More Warrants for Smith in similar crime's, A man was held at Gunpoint and Forced to drive his car from Greenville County to a gas station in Anderson Co. Charges included Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Carjacking and 2 Weapons Charges.

  The officers tried to talk the man out, but he refused to come out. Officer's heard a shot, and the man called out that he had shot himself. Officers ordered him to throw his gun outside.

  When Police entered and flipped the bed up, Suspect was underneath the bed and he had another weapon, a handgun, and he fired one shot at officers, and they returned fire. Killing the Suspect.

 Shooting will be Investigated by State Law Enforcement Division Per Protocol.
