He Wished Violence On Republican Children. Now He Won’t Drop Out.

I don’t care if your democrat or republican… wishing death upon anyone who has a different political opinion to you is disgusting. The only thing more disgusting? Wishing death on CHILDREN who don’t even know what the word “political” means to have an opinion.

I live in VA. I am hoping not too many have voted early. This is disgusting! He needs to drop out of the race!

I’m a Virginian and I don’t want him at all as Attorney General. That, and he should be taken out of politics all together.

Heather Elvis Kidnappers Tammy and Sidney Moorer request New Trails.

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - The woman convicted in a high-profile missing person case in Horry County wants a new trial.

Documents show that Tammy Moorer filed post-conviction relief on Thursday.

Juries found Tammy and her husband, Sidney Moore, guilty of kidnapping Heather Elvis in 2013.

They are both serving 30-year prison sentences.

Her husband also filed a post-conviction relief application earlier this year, asking for a new trial in a different county and/or a sentence relative to his criminal history, character statements, and lack of evidence in the crime.

Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson said post-conviction relief requests aren’t uncommon and they are a part of the appeals process.

“We see it all the time, we see it every day of every week,” Richardson said.

Richardson added that most of these requests are also not granted.

 Be aware of the goodness of God in your life. Take time to thank Him. Look back at the great things He’s done. You’ve had times where you saw the mighty God at work, doing what only He can do.

  When you do what’s difficult, there’s a grace that empowers you, a favor that enables you. It won’t be as hard as it looks. God will show up and breathe on your life.
