I was stopped by the police for an expired tag and my window wouldn't open. As the officer approached my car I rolled down the back window and told her what the problem was. Her response was "thanks for letting me know could you open the door" which I did. She gave me a warning and cut me loose, and yes I am a black man.

What most dont remember (including myself) is that when you got your license, you signed an agreement that says you will provide that license when lawfully asked.
