Cancer.. If you've lost someone you love to Cancer in the last few
years please read this: Chernobyl ....
Back in April of 1986 a Russian Nuclear Reactor exploded.
Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster ..
I tell you this because my friend died of Brain Cancer 2 years ago.
He had no family history of Cancer. Family and friends tried
to figure how he possibly got it. (??)
Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster Site 1986
My friend was Stationed in Germany in April, 86'. US Army. I was
Stationed in Scotland at the same time. US Navy.
We believe now our friend died because of the Chernobyl Nuclear
Disaster. He wasn't to far from it. Only a few hundred miles. US Army
has had roughly 30,000 US Troops Station in Germany since the end
of WW II. The Air Force to though less personnel.
If you had a family member or friend die in the last few years who was
Stationed in either Germany, Scotland or England in April / May 1986.
They may have dead because of Chernobyl. ( or could )
The US Navy & Air Force have Base's in Scotland and England.
Scotland and England were affected to.
Land in Germany and Scotland, to this day, Cow's, Sheep, etc,.
cannot graze on because of Radiation.
The BBC, British Broadcasting Corp, never told us to stay inside.
However Russia made the problem worse by not telling the World
they had a huge problem. A nuclear meltdown.
Watch the Series on HBO - Chernobyl, 2019. It explains a lot about
what really happened in 86'.
Some of Our Military members have dead serving Our Country
because of the Chernobyl Disaster.
We lost some really good men and women.
Russia's bull crap ..
On YouTube found Films of the Radiation Clouds tracked
by Satellites passing over Germany, Scotland and England.
Europe. All of Europe was affected.
Links Below:
They say children in Germany were not allowed to go outside
and play. Once the World found out about Chernobyl.
( no one told us anything like that in the UK. ) ( not the
British Broadcasting Corp, BBC, or our Military )
( U - 235 Radiation only last 24,000 years .. smh .. )
Hopefully this helps someone to understand what may of happened
to a loved one or a friend.
Russia lied and lied about a Nuclear Accident until the US
sent satellites overhead and took pictures of the Chernobyl Disaster.
Only then did Russia acknowledge the disaster.
If Russia had told the World 2 days sooner, it would have saved
lives.
100,000's of thousands have died from it. Even more with Cancer in
Russia, Europe and the US.

Sidney Moorer's attorney appeals conviction to S.C. Supreme Court
Both are also Appealing Kidnapping Convictions ..
Elvis was 20-years-old when she disappeared. The Socastee woman's car was found at Peachtree Landing in December 2013.
After the S.C. Court of Appeals denied his appeal to overturn the conviction in July, Moorer's attorney, Susan Barber Hackett, with the Office of Appellate Defense, said they've filed a petition asking the higher court to review it.
Moorer was found guilty in August 2017 of obstructing justice and sentenced to 10 years in jail, with credit for 1 year of time he has already served.
Barber Hackett wrote in the petition that the Court of Appeals erred by keeping the trial judge's decision to deny Moorer's directed verdict motion.

A directed verdict motion is a motion that a defendant's attorney makes to the trial judge to dismiss the charges, arguing that the government has failed to prove its case. The judge will either grant or deny the motion. If it is granted, the case is over and the defendant wins. If the motion is denied, as it usually is, the defense is given the opportunity to present its evidence, according to the American Bar Association.
The trial judge denied the motion in 2017.
At the end of the trial in 2017, Judge R. Markley Dennis, Jr., said part of the reason for the sentence was to send a message to the community that people can't hinder an investigation.
"We have to get the public to understand what we heard over and over again, every minute counts and it does and it makes a difference," Denis said at the time. "You delayed the process, you hindered the process and we can't have that going on in our community."
The court of appeals said at the time that their decision to uphold the trial judge's decision was based upon its conclusion that Moorer's "lies and omissions to police constituted obstruction of justice where the undisputed evidence showed no change in the police investigation as a result and no impact on any judicial proceedings," according to the petition.

The court of appeals ruled that "the trial court did not err in denying Moorer's motion for a directed verdict because substantial circumstantial evidence existed reasonably tending to prove Moorer's guilt."
Barber Hackett said "We are hopeful the South Carolina Supreme Court will review Mr. Moorer’s case, reverse his conviction, and provide additional guidance to the citizens of South Carolina on the exact contours of the criminal offense of obstruction of justice."

Now, the matter could be reviewed by the state supreme court. As of Tuesday, the state supreme court had not made a decision yet on whether to hear the case according to its roster.
Even if the state supreme court were to side with Moorer and overturn his conviction, he would still be in prison on a separate conviction.
In September 2019, Moorer was sentenced to 30 years in prison on the charges of kidnapping and conspiracy to kidnap. His wife, Tammy Moorer, was also convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Tammy and Sidney Moorer are both appealing their convictions for those cases. They were both originally charged with Elvis' murder, but those charges were dropped.
As of December 2020, Elvis still hasn't been found.

Chicago crime statistics show shootings, murders up 50% in 2020; 2 shot by stray gunfire in South Chicago in first shooting of 2021 ..
According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office, Minniefield was one of 875 people who died from gun violence last year; 78% of the victims were Black.
"That is by far the highest total of gun-related homicides we have ever had. The only time we came anywhere near that was in 1994 when we had 838 homicides due to gun violence," said Natalia Derevyanny, Spokeswoman for the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
"I see so many on TV and I've watched so many innocent children -- kids get killed and I never would have dreamed a day in my life that I would feel the pain that they feel," Minniefield said.
Gun violence deaths were not the only record-breaker for the year. Cook County also recorded a total of 16,049 deaths in 2020, which was also a record.

Chicago police also released the final crime number for 2020 Friday which showed that shootings and murders jumped up by more than 50% in 2020.
In 2020, there were 769 murders, up considerably compared to the 495 murders tallied in 2019.
As for shootings, the city logged 3,261 last year, a big jump from 2,140 shootings in 2019. The number of shooting victims climbed to 4,033 in 2020, up from 2,598 in 2019.
This illustrating a skyrocketing year for violence after three years of progress where many innocent children were killed and some police also became targets of gunfire.
Nearly a quarter of the murders happened on the West Side.
*As long as we hide from the true reason for all these deaths and
shootings we will never stop it .... Blacks killing blacks. ..Sad.
