HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – The 15th Circuit Solicitor’s office has released the new video that was presented in the high-profile kidnapping case of Heather Elvis.

A jury convicted Sidney Moorer on Wednesday of kidnapping Elvis in December 2013. This was the second time he was put on trial on the kidnapping charge after the first trial ended in a hung jury.

At the beginning of the video, you can see Sidney and his wife Tammy Moorer come outside of their home and share a kiss, along with two other people.

The video goes on to show Sidney and Tammy Moorer cleaning a black Ford F-150 on Dec. 22, 2013. Elvis disappeared on Dec. 18, 2013.

Horry County police Lt. Peter Cestare testified that the two were extensively cleaning the vehicle on the outside and inside. In the video, you can the doors of the F-150 open while Sidney thoroughly cleans the inside and outside of the door.

Then later in the video, it appears that Sidney is in the backyard burning something because some smoke can be seen.

Time to go after Ashley and Josh. Accessory After the Fact. Tampering with Evidence. Plus, Murder Charges X 2. Against Tammy and Sidney. Heather Elvis was Pregnant. They Killed Two Human Beings.

Ashley has lied numerous times. To many to count. ( Perjury ) 

Charge her with Accessory after the Fact. Tampering with Evidence. 

Josh her boyfriend same thing ..

Sidney Moorer gets 30 Years. The Judge could have given him 60 Years but did not !! Shameful ....

If the Judge had done it right, run the Sentences "Consecutive" Sidney Moorer

would be Doing 60 Years … NO he ran the sentences Concurrent …

The judge could have said "Consecutive" and it would of been 60 years. smh. No, he 

sentenced him to 30 years Concurrent. He'll do, correction, 25 years and 6 months. The 

Elvis's asked for Consecutive sentences, 60 years, Judge didn't listen. Idiot … 

You know him and Tammy killed that girl. smh. Sorry Judge ! imho 

The Elvis's knew this and is why they asked for "Consecutive Sentences" - 60 years !

85 % of 30 years is 25 Years and 6 Months. 

Long time but should have been 60 years / Life sentence. For taking a young life.

Heather Elvis Disappearance. Tammy and Sidney Moorer Lured Her Out of Her Apartment. They've Not Talked in 6 Weeks ..

So basically on Dec. 18 th., 2013 at 1:35 am Heather and Sidney were in communication as this entire thing was going on. On the phone early that morning Sidney Lured Heather to Peachtree Landing under false pretenses. Heather had called a friend to tell her what Sidney said exactly: " he was going to leave Tammy." Later Sidney denies phone call only to turn around and confess. ( this was the call from the pay phone )

Early that morning Heather's car showed up at peach tree landing from one direction where there were no CCTV cams, Sidney's truck showed up there from another direction where there were cctv cams showing it. Heather's car never left that landing, her purse, phone, were not there. The truck did leave. 

I speculate the truck left with Heather inside (Heather was very small). They could have bound and gagged her or strangled her... they could have killed her there or after they got her home. 

This was a premeditated conspiracy. These two monsters weren't smart enough to cover all the tracks though, placing Sidney in contact with her, then a truck like his at the scene of the kidnapping. Tammy seems like the brains and evil jealous sadist behind the set up. 

I think Tammy must have been on drugs/alcohol, and/or has a personality disorder (sociopath, narcissist) that made her not only plan and execute this horrific act, but also overestimate their ability to get away with kidnapping and murder. I think Sidney is the weaker minded one who went along with it because Tammy can steer and manipulate him. Both guilty as sin. Hopefully Sidney will crack and confess.

Bottom line: NO one else in this world had a motive to go after Heather, a sweet, gentle soul. And the early morning she disappeared she was in contact with the only ones who had a motive.
