God already knows everything about us. We’re not hiding anything. He knows our weaknesses, our fears, our doubts. You don’t have to have it all together. You’re a work in progress. God’s not finished with you.

  1. Your scars can be a reminder of the pain, or they can be a reminder of the grace of God. Those scars are not there to depress you; they are there to encourage you. They are reminders of what God has brought you through.
  2. We all experience pain. Don’t just go through it; grow through it. That difficulty is an opportunity to get stronger. That pain is not there to stop you. It’s there to develop you, to prepare you, to increase you.
  3. Keep doing the right thing. Don’t take matters into your own hand. God is your defender. By this time next year, the enemies you see today you will see no more. By this time next year, what was meant for your harm will be turned to your advantage.
  4. God already knows everything about us. We’re not hiding anything. He knows our weaknesses, our fears, our doubts. You don’t have to have it all together. You’re a work in progress. God’s not finished with you.
