DONALD STERLING : The Man was Setup and Speaking in the Privacy of His Own Home. I don't at all agree with his statements, However he has the Right to Speak his Mind is his Own Home. Another Case of Freedom of Speech being taken away. I wouldn't want my girlfriend hanging all over another man no matter the race ! Too bad the World isn't color blind ! We have enough issues going on around the World over So Many Much Serious Issues. Again I don't agree with what he said buts lets all face the facts, we've all said things in our Homes that should Stay Private. My question is who and why was his private conversation recorded and then made public ? Somebody has to have a private agenda to make this case blown up and make him appear to be a bad person. 

So, which one of us has not said something negative 

about another individual or race in the privacy of our 

own home. How would any of us feel if our personal 

conversations were taped and presented to the world. He 

who is without sin can cast the first stone! This is all we 

are seeing on TV now. And by the way, he said he had a 

lot of respect for Michael Jordan.


This is just another thing for this country to fixate on. 

The ignorance in this country is ridiculous. 1st of all this 

man was simply jealous of his mistress posting a pic of 

her with another man his wording is what is being 

ridiculed. The fact that this so called woman has released 

a recording (Which I thought was illegal to do without 

other persons knowledge) is pathetic on her part.

 It can sound so very simple when only part of the story is told !  I wonder, was her son innocently walking down the street when some mean, vicious person decided to shoot him? Or perhaps a part of a group being an active threat to the life of someone else ? You won't get the whole story either, because only part of the story can be used to manipulate people the way someone desires. Sorry, if you don't want to get on the wrong end of a firearm, you don't attack people, harass people or attempt to terrorize people. Reminds me of a news story from England. Seems a WW2 vet still had a firearm he didn't think he had to turn in, as he had been granted the lifelong right to posses one. Someone broke into his home, and was armed, which states an intent to kill and the vet shot him. The burglar's mother said in Court that her son didn't deserve to die. Perhaps not, but he chose to break into someone's home and be armed, creating an unequivocal threat to the home owner's life. It seems obvious the home owner had no choice beyond being killed by a criminal or defending himself. England's messed up "justice" system sent the victim to prison. Still, in this case, the defense lawyers could have tried to make it look as if their client was completely innocent of wrong doing... in much thew same way this group is willing to try to make it look as if this law is only ever used by people who have a choice and refer to be cold blooded killers. The old military maxim ids still true today, you lose more men trying to retreat than you do in the battle. When you try to walk away the chances of you being attacked skyrocket.

 Thug Nathan Summerfield Faces a Maximum Sentence of Life in Prison

After Jackenheimer's Murder, Summerfield went back to Ohio, and dropped off their then-3-year-old son and her 13 yoa daughter with his own brother. He then told his brother he had strangled Lynn. Brother called 911. The Thug Nate Summerfield ran. 

 July 14, a Construction Worker found Lynns' remains in Frisco, North Carolina.

After five weeks on the run, Summerfield was arrested at a hotel in Wadsworth. Aug. 15.  2012.
